Site Construction on the Diocese's new camp and retreat center will start in May 2016
The design team of GO Logic from Belfast, Maine and Ann Kearsley Design in Portland, Maine is busy working with the Diocese' project team on the final plans for the new center.
The two renderings below of the main Dining and Meeting Building for the new center highlight the rural character of Wakeman Township. The second image shows the view from the west side of the building near the new dining room which opens out to the yard and the view to the Vermilion River valley.

The property is located in Wakeman Township about 0.7 miles north of the intersection of US 20 and State Route 60 on the west side of the road. Look for the "God Loves You. No Exceptions." sign at the entrance. The address number is posted on the mailbox next to the original farmhouse. The driveway into the property is on the north side of the two barns next to the house. Continue on the driveway towards the yellow brick house. Turn left and follow the driveway down to the recreational area. Park in the lot on the west side of the swimming pond.
